Nomination papers now available
GREENFIELD Nomination papers for the city election are now available at the City Clerk’s Office, which is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
According to a notice from City Clerk Kathy Scott, all candidates must obtain signatures from registered voters in Greenfield to be put on the Nov. 2 ballot. (A preliminary election will be held in the event that double plus one of the amounts of candidates returning nomination papers.) Nomination papers must be returned to Scott by Tuesday, July 27.

Nomination papers available April 26
GREENFIELD Nomination papers for the preliminary city election scheduled to be held on Tuesday, Sept. 14, will be available at the City Clerk’s Office on April 26.
According to a notice from City Clerk Kathy Scott, everyone who decides to run must obtain signatures of registered voters residing in Greenfield to have their name put on the ballot.
The following seats are up for election this year. The person currently holding the position is noted.
■Two at-large city councilors (four-year terms): City Council President Penny Ricketts and Ashli Stempel-Rae
