+ March 06, 2021 THE Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) in Negros Occidental - South has installed 72 agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) at Barangay Robles in La Castellana town earlier this week.
Nineteen agricultural landholdings covering a total of 57.9371 hectares were covered under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program Extension with Reforms (Carper) through compulsory acquisition scheme.
About 43 hectares of these landholdings formerly owned by Francisco Manalo, among others, will be divided among the farmer-beneficiaries.
