The number of school districts that are fully in-person has gone above 300 districts for the first time this school year, nearly matching the number of schools that were fully remote at the peak of the second wave.
As of May 10, 416 school districts were hybrid, 13 were remote and 338 were fully in-person the seventh week in a row the number of in-person districts increased. Forty-four districts have different educational formats for different schools.
