Hes got reaction from neighbors. Matt. Reporter we know that that little boy fell out of a window on the backside of the home just behind me here on the 5400 block of malcolm street. It was just before 9 00 a. M. Saturday when Police Respond red to a terrible scene in southwest philadelphia. Police say that a fouryearold boy inside this house on malcolm street fell out of a second story window on the backside of the home. The boy suffered severe head and facial injuries and was immediately taken to the Childrens Hospital of philadelphia. He is still in critical but stable condition. Its not yet known how the boy was able to make his way out of the window but neighbors nearby describe him as a happy young child always with his mother. She pick her kids up every day and put them in the strollers. Reporter she had a couple kids. She have three children. Reporter neighbors up and down the block started their day to Police Investigating the incident and said it was a tough scene to watch. I
