The Princeton University Glee Club performs Duruflé's Requiem, conducted by Mariana Corichi Gomez '21 with organist Eric Plutz.
At the beginning of September, the Princeton University Glee Club was devastated to learn of the passing of one of its recently graduated members, Daniel Granberg ’19. Daniel was a four-year member of the Glee Club, as well as the Chamber Choir, Chapel Choir and the a cappella group Roaring 20.
The performance comes exactly fifty years after Duruflé himself paid a personal visit to Princeton, to work with local choirs including the Princeton High School Choir, and to conduct a performance of the Requiem with Marie-Madeleine Duruflé at the organ. For this anniversary performance, the Princeton Masterworks Chamber Orchestra joins the Glee Club and University Organist Eric Pl
