The Utah State Records Committee has publicly admonished the Utah County Sheriff's Office after learning of the way it mishandled a request for public records from FOX 13 News.
A recently replaced part that functions much like the drive shaft on a car failed. But when FOX 13 News asked that agency for the Deer Valley report, it denied the request.
