The Group of States against Corruption (GRECO) at the Council of Europe has closed an ad hoc procedure against Slovenia over a parliamentary inquiry in the case of former Maribor Mayor Franc Kangler after the Constitutional Court resolved the issue by ruling such an inquiry into the work of judges and prosecutors unacceptable.
