Jeff, suspicious packages, athlete one of them containing materials that tested positive for explosives to a number of military bases in the Washington Area today. The bases include fort mcnair where a package tested positive for black powder and appeared to have a fuse attached. Fort bewar in virginia and joint base where among other things the Defense Intelligence agency is locate. None of the packages detonated although at least one building the National Defense university had to be evacuated.
