Iowa Lawmakers Remind Biden of Promise on Biofuels Lawmakers from Iowa sent a letter to President Joe Biden and Agriculture Secretary Tom Vilsack yesterday urging them to support the biofuels industry and seeking information on how proposed tax changes will affect farmers.
