Students from schools around the Wenatchee Valley attended the 24th annual Mariachi Northwest Festival workshop and showcase presented by Central Washington University at Wenatchee Valley College this week.
WENATCHEE — For many teenagers, getting thousands of followers on social media, signing with a major record label, and meeting their favorite musicians is just a fantasy. But for Wenatchee
