This year’s 25th anniversary FIABCI-Hungarian Prix d’Excellence International Real Estate Federation competition attracted a record 50 developments, ending in a prize-giving ceremony and gala dinner at the Museum of Ethnography in Budapest. The FIABCI-International Real Estate Federation is present in 60 countries and was established in Hungary in 1992.
Built in 1902, Hungary’s Matild Palace hotel has survived two world wars and communist rule to emerge once again as one of Budapest’s most elegant jewels.
For more than 120 years, the Matild Palace has stood over the Elisabeth Bridge, welcoming those who cross the Danube River from Buda to Pest – the two halves that make up Hungary’s capital city.
