The Pella Opera House has announced a return to live entertainment in conjunction with the 86th Tulip Time Festival this week. During the three-day festival, Executive Director Cyndi Adkins says the Pella Opera House will host several shows, as well as other amenities for guests of the celebration. On Thursday, May 6th and Friday, May 7th, they will host The Reluctant Pioneer at 10 a.m., which is the story of Maria Scholte and a one-woman production held by Beverly Graves. They will also have a Martini Huis and Great Hall Bar open from 1 to 8 p.m., with daily wristband purchases available for access and discounts. Carpenters Once More will perform both May 6th and 7th at 3 p.m., which is a tribute to The Carpenters in the historic theatre.
