A delighted BID Service Excellent Awards winner Businesses in Watford town centre that have delivered excellent service over the past very challenging year, can now be entered for a Watford BID Service Excellence award by Watford Observer readers. The annual Watford BID Awards, which are back for a fifth year, celebrate businesses within the Business Improvement District (town centre) area that put their customers and clients first. This year, the BID is asking Watford Observer readers to tell them which businesses they have been impressed by – it could be in store, or where a business has had to move online but continued to deliver an amazing service.
