expected. this is now a rain event and a flooding event. i want to go to lieutenant general russell henerea. he went in after katrina after harvey, after people thought it s okay, it dodged a bullet, and then we realized the folks in new orleans were in big, big, big trouble. so he knows about what happens after the storm. general, good to see you again. here is the issue. i m on the beach. in myrtle beach. there are hotels here. there are pretty sturdy hotels. these hotels are sturdy and they can get a hotel room a few floors up. there are a lot of people in this area in the carolinas who cannot afford to go to hotels. that is always your concern. the folks left behind tend to be the most vulnerable. they tend to live in those lands
