Twelve districts in Punjab are among the top-20 districts which have recorded the highest fatality rate across the country, according to India Covid-19 Vaccine Tracker. Of these 12 districts, two districts — Sangrur and Tarn Taran — have been recording more than 4% fatality despite having a low number of cases.
