The Kerry Association London’s motto is ‘Keeping Kerry People Together’, and it’s hard to argue that they’re not following that mantra when you look at the success of the 2023 edition of the Association’s annual dinner dance.
Many Kerry people living in the UK have postponed trips home.
Following increased COVID-19 restrictions in recent days, people living in the south-east of England – which includes London – are subject to further travel restrictions.
Margaret Rochford, who’s from Ballyduff originally and is involved with the Kerry Association in London, says the new restrictions were a shock.
She says some people returned home early to self-isolate, while others decided not to travel.
