Westbridge Energy Corporation: Westbridge Announces Business Combination with Georgetown Solar Westbridge or the Company ) is pleased to announce that it has entered into a definitive agreement dated March 4, 2021 (the Business Combination Agreement ) setting out the terms of a proposed business combination (the Transaction ) with Georgetown Solar Inc. ( Georgetown ), an arm s length company incorporated under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta). The Sullivan family started a GoFundMe page (bit.ly/3dG1tZG) in an attempt to raise $10,000 to cover the cost of Keith Andrew James Sullivan’s services, held in July 2019 at Nichols Funeral Home in Wilmington. As of Wednesday afternoon, the page had garnered $700 in donations.
