KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Seri Najib Razak’s application to set aside the mareva injunction obtained by 1Malaysia Development Berhad (1MDB) and one of its subsidiaries to stop the former prime minister from disposing of or dissipating its assets in Malaysia worth US$681mil will be heard on May 26 at the High Court here.
PUTRAJAYA: Former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak failed to set aside a Mareva injunction obtained by SRC International Sdn Bhd and one of its subsidiaries to restrain him from transferring or dissipating any of his assets amounting to RM42mil.
