Why did you feel like moving into production? Marek Novák: I was determined to work in film – I was always attracted to that. I just felt like I should study something else as well, to give me some perspective on life before finally getting into film school. Then I didn’t want to leave it unfinished. I can’t see myself working as a lawyer, although my former classmates seem to be doing just fine [laughter].
