Holmdel School President Vicky Flynn Announces Campaign for NJ Assembly By Insider NJ | February 26, 2021, 3:37 pm | in The Diner Booth Holmdel School Board President Vicky Flynn officially announced her intention to seek election to the New Jersey General Assembly in District 13. Flynn intends to seek and win the support of the Monmouth County Republican Organization at their upcoming County Convention in March.
Flynn is a life-long Republican, a proud Holmdel resident, a wife, mother of three children, a lawyer in private practice, and a dedicated community leader. Flynn is known for her leadership on the Holmdel Board of Education.
In addition to fighting to get our children back in school, Flynn said she intends to work hand in hand with Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger to stop” the damaging Emergency Powers grabbed by Governor Murphy that are crushing small business owners throughout our district and across the state

Brookdale Community College administrators have announced they will not increase tuition and fees for the next academic year.
Dr. Henry Cram, chairman of the Board of Trustees, said, “The trustees recognize the severe and far-reaching financial hardships caused by COVID-19. By keeping tuition and fees unchanged for this upcoming academic year, we hope to help students and families who are struggling with the cost of higher education.”
Brookdale President David Stout said, “This tuition freeze will help the members of our community access an affordable college education of the highest quality with well-established pathways leading to bachelor’s degrees and desirable careers.”

LINCROFT, NJ – Monmouth County Commissioner Thomas A. Arnone and Commissioner Susan M. Kiley were appointed as Commissioner Director and Commissioner Deputy Director, respectively, at the Board’s 2021 Organization Meeting held on Thursday, Jan. 7 at Brookdale Community College.
“I would like to thank the Board for appointing me to serve as the 2021 Director,” said Commissioner Director Arnone. “Last year was challenging, but I am proud of everything we accomplished here in Monmouth County and the fact that we have not taken one day off since March 9 and have remained dedicated to protecting and serving our residents and businesses.
