First, our main story. North korea appears to have carried out another nuclear test. China and the United States say they have detected tremors consistent with an underground explosion. Hours earlier, north koreas state news agency said the country had built its own Hydrogen Bomb, capable of being mounted on an inter continental ballistic missile.
