civic center bart station, they just said enough is enough. they stopped the doors from moving. eventually bart police said this is an unlawful protest. they told everybody to get out of the station, which everyone peacefully complied with that order. now, as we said, they are marching down market street. they are still trying to figure out exactly which direction to go. at this point it s not clear who is leading this group. an internet collective called anonymous, that s an international group of people who are famous for hacking into websites, it s not clear whether people on the ground here are following any direction. you know, in looking from the chopper video, and i don t know if you have access to seeing this, joe it doesn t appear that there are more than, i don t know, 75 people here. maybe there are stragglers far beyond the lens our view here. but i m just wondering if they would consider this a success, the people that organized this, whoever they may be.

that the wounds that killed her didn t come from a fall. but came from the hands of another. it was a case of murder. it s just surprising. reporter: the man who discovered her body, the man who called 911 for help, ms. drath s husband, albrecht muth, 47 years old, 44 years younger than ms. drath. neighbors say he used to walk around the streets of georgetown in colorful military uniforms. sometimes with a sword. sometimes with a swagger stick. the outfits were definitely bizarre. some of the naebs refer to him as colonel mustard. you know, just strange. reporter: according to court documents, in 2006, albrecht muth was charged with assaulting viola drath, hitsing her head with a chair. pounding her head on the floor several times. and sitting on her for five to ten minutes. those sought charges were later dropped. neighbors say in recent months, they have seen cops called to viola drath s home. now, we were unable to contact albrecht muth. no one has been charged in
