Assaulted a patient november 3 in the emergency room and wrote a report that the patient tried to attack him. Reporter [ inaudible question ] within days. Reporter prosecutors had immediate suspicions as well. They declined to prosecute the patient and requested Surveillance Video. It shows him knocking the mans cane away and choking him. We looked at all the evidence that was provided including the Surveillance Video that we obtained that helped build our case. Reporter San Francisco District Attorney describes its it as unforgivable conduct. Sheriffs Department Staff were disciplined after Lynne Spalding was found dead last year.
