Operational revenue was R$ 11.8 billion, a 16.4% increase on 2009. Net income was R$ 637.4 million in 2010, a reduction of 48.9% in respect to the 2009 results – in 2009 the net income had the positive impact on accounting gains, without cash involved, as a result of fuel hedge operations and the valuation of the Brazilian currency, the Real, in respect of the US dollar.
