Townsman questions Wellesley's candidates for townwide office

Wicked Local In some years, there s a scramble for the seats opening up on the town boards charged with handling the most complex issues. In other years, it can initially appear that a seat will go begging. This year  a particularly tough one because of the pandemic and its impact on the local economy and people s lives  there s a candidate for every vacancy, and in three cases, more than one. The election is March 2. The Townsman sent questionnaires to those who are not facing opposition, and those who are in a race. For the Housing Authority, there are three candidates running for two five-year openings. (One candidate is unopposed for a one-year term.)
