In contrast to what had been in other years a lengthy and sometimes contentious discussion, Dewey Beach commissioners unanimously approved a full slate of town committees in 10 minutes Dec. 11.
Mayor Dale Cooke introduced proposed committee chairs, all but three of whom are returning for duty this year.
Dave Davis will continue permanently in his role as budget and finance chair, which he assumed in the fall after former Chair Bill Stevens had to step down when he was elected commissioner in September. Stevens will serve as commissioner liaison.
