자난 22일 한문철 변호사는 자신의 유튜브 채널에 혼자 넘어진 자전거 할머니 황색등이라서 블박차가 가해자인가요 라는 제목의 영상을 게시했다.
해당 영상은 지난 3월 경상남도 밀양시의 한 도로에서 일어난 일이다.
영상에서 검은색 자동차는 제한 속도 30km/h인 1차로에서 42km/h 속도로 직진했다. 운전자는 진입 직전 황색등으로 바뀌었으나 그대로 직진했다.
