Kalinga Provincial Police Office (KPPO) Col. Davy Limmong said the suspect Jaime Tochok Bulatao, 77, of Barangay Butbut Proper, Tinglayan, Kalinga, was listed in the list of Most Wanted Persons of Police Regional Office Cordillera (PRO-COR) for multiple murder, and was also in the list of National Level Wanted persons for murder.
