El proyecto Juntos Aparte, un evento bienal que ha movilizado cerca de 20 mil personas desde el 2017 con escenarios para la participación ciudadana en equidad y para el intercambio entre artistas destacados en el ámbito mundial y los autores de la frontera, desde su primera edición tuvo su encuentro con la BienalSur, la cual se realiza cada dos años. En el 2016 cuando Miguel y Alex Brahim concibieron esta propuesta “de responder a través del arte y a nivel regional al impacto de la crisis migratoria” se encontraron con la convocatoria que abrió la BienalSur, una iniciativa que gestiona la Universidad Nacional de Tres de Febrero de Argentina, donde además su sede principal acogerá esta propuesta colombiana en septiembre.
