[ music ] reporter this is the tower of power earlier this week performing at yoshis in oakland, the same venue that two band members were headed to when they were hit by an amtrak train last night. It was going about 25 miles an hour. Bassist Marc Van Wageningen who was filling in with the band and drummer David Garibaldi one of tower of powers founding members. The two were walking from their Waterfront Hotel near Jack London Square to yoshis for a gig that started at 8 00. The big brown spot there, thats the san pablo bay. Farther to the south the monterey bay also full of muddy runoff. Within the past 30 minutes crews have just finished repairs on a pipeline supplying water to santa cruz. It was damaged during the storm. Residents had been told to conserve water.
