SAN MATEO, Calif., May 6, 2021 /PRNewswire/ Helix today announced that Marc Stapley, chairman and chief executive officer, will assume the role of executive chairman of the Helix Board of Directors on June 1, 2021 and James Lu, president and co-founder, will be appointed president and chief executive officer, and join the Helix Board of Directors, on the same date.
