By Byron Katie, this 2002 self-help book is hands-down the most thought-provoking and paradigm-shifting masterpiece I have ever read. I will definitely add this to my to-keep shelf for anticipated future countless references. The four questions are “Is it true?,” “Can I absolutely know that it is true?,” “How do I react when I think that thought?” and “Who would I be without the thought?” And then turn it around.
