The International Hockey Federation has confirmed Marc Coudron and
Tayyab Ikram are set to go head-to-head in a Presidential election at
the body's upcoming Congress on November 5 with the candidates for the
Executive Board election also established.
Twelve nominees have been confirmed for five positions on the
International Hockey Federation Executive Board, with elections set to
be held on November 5.
Marc Coudron is to run for the International Hockey Federation
Presidency once again, seeking to complete the term of Narinder Batra
who beat him by just two votes in last year's election.
Egypt's Seif Ahmed has been appointed as the Acting President of the
International Hockey Federation following the resignation of India's
Narinder Batra on Monday, it has been announced.
