8:03 a.m. Dartmouth Road resident reporter her vehicle was stolen from her driveway. The last time she saw it was 5 p.m. the previous day. Salem Police located the vehicles. Two parties ran. Salem had one in custody. Officers were still looking for second suspect.
11:59 a.m. Front Street caller said construction trucks have 2 spaces blocked with cones. Officer on detail said no spaces were blocked and there were two available spots.
12:23p.m. Caller wanted to make police aware that the previous night a neighbor revved the engine and sped up and down the street. She was advised that if it happened again to call while it was happening and police would speak to him.
