Police responded to a grizzly scene at broad and afternoon. This cab hit two pedestrians, a 25yearold man and woman. The impact threw them 100 feet from the taxi. The woman was pronounced at the scene the man died shortly after at the hospital. A witness said the taxi driver was going 50 Miles Per Hour 25 Miles Per Hour over the speed limit it is not confirmed just yet. Allegedly, and again, this is preliminary, the witness approximated their speed being over the speed limit. That has not been confirmed.
