Responsible for investigating. I believe that for us to ensure that we have the kind of Police Department that San Francisco requires and that we have to make sure the occ has the resources it needs. Its actually in the interest of the Police Officers. phaobt most of them do a great job by the resources to make sure the investigation is completed properly and to the extent that there are any questions of the public ensuring the occ has the resources it needs is critical to ensuring the Publics Trust in law enforcement. I look forward to working together, not only as a member of this board but as a member of this community to Work Together with other members of the board of sprrsz, with the Mayors Office and the Police Department so that San Francisco can become an example of how a city should deal with these issues. Thats not Martin Luthers kings face, but its still civil rights. He said aids was never a problem as much as racism. His biggest fight was racism. We know our police and fire men, San Francisco, were tracking and something is going on. The things we know should not be going on, dealing with peoples sexualities, were not dealing with it in the right way. We expect the city, the mayor and the police to stand up to San Francisco. But Arming Police and Getting Police is not the solution to the entire problem were dealing with here.
