A 45-year-old worker was killed and two others injured in an explosion at a fireworks manufacturing unit in Salem district. The incident occurred at Kadambur near Attur. The deceased has been identified as A Rajamanickam. The injured victims were immediately transported to the government hospital in Attur town for treatment.
