Food and entertainment space Society to launch in Manchester this spring Food and entertainment space Society will open in Barbirolli Square in Manchester this spring.
Launching launch in late March providing lockdown restriction permit by the founders of Assembly Underground in Leeds, the new all-day 8,000sq ft venue is described as being a hub for street food, craft beer, wine and cocktails.
It will feature five independently-owned kitchens, a cocktail bar and taproom by Hebden Bridge-based craft brewery Vocation. Confirmed traders for the launch include Slap & Pickle diner serving a menu of burgers, vegan burgers and loaded fries; pan-Asian specialists Manzoku Street Food; Falafel Guys; and Dokes Pizzeria, the sister brand to local restaurant Elnecot.
