A number of people may not want to buy a manufactured home for a variety of reasons.
One of these could be the idea of having to pay a monthly rental on the pad or lot where the house sits.
However, owning this type of abode doesn’t always mean paying rent to the landlord who usually owns a manufactured home park or community.
A recent sale in Surrey is a good example.
On December 20 this year, a 1,432-square-foot manufactured home sold over its assessed value.
The three-bedroom, two-bath, plus den home at the Searidge Bays community comes with its own land or lot.
