MANSFIELD - The following restaurant inspections with critical violations were conducted by Richland Public Health between July 1 and July 8.

McDonald s Rest./ DBA Bellville Arch #10933, 850 Ohio 97 W., Bellville, July 6. Improper use of a poisonous or toxic substance (critical, corrected during inspection). Fly strip over clean equipment. Person in charge (PIC) removed.

Love s Travel Stop #711, 976 Ohio 97, Bellville, July 6. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (critical repeat, corrected during inspection). Roller foods open without a date marked. Date marking is seven days including the day of opening.

Cup & Cone Café, 309 E. Main St., Lexington, July 7. Refrigerated, ready-to-eat, TCS foods not properly date marked (critical, corrected during inspection). Gallon of milk observed stored in cooler for over 24 hours with no date marking. Milk was voluntarily discarded.
