51 Pounds of Marijuana Found in Albany Home During Burglary Investigation

Police say they were responding to a burglary Tuesday night around 10:45 at a home on Manning Boulevard between Washington Ave and North Allen Street. According to police, the suspects fled the scene before officers got to the scene. During their investigation, police found 51 pounds of marijuana inside the home. Police say Christian Deluna was taken into custody and charged with criminal possession of marijuana. He was arraigned this morning in Albany and released.

Police said they were called around 10:45 p.m. to a home on Manning Boulevard between Washington Avenue and North Allen Street. When police arrived, they were told suspects had tried to force their way inside but ran before police arrived. News 10 reports that dishonest customers have become aware of GrubHub’s no questions asked refund policies on orders. People have reportedly begun calling GrubHub looking for a refund by claiming they have not received their delivery, or part of it, when they clearly did. In one instance, a customer on Manning Boulevard in Albany was reportedly caught having placed orders with multiple establishments throughout the City of Albany over multiple nights, using different accounts and names. What the customer would do is place an order, change the delivery address last minute, then contact GrubHub asking for a refund claiming they never received their order.
