Manipur CM N Biren Singh s dream of water park in Manipur comes true, lays foundation stone Manipur CM N Biren Singh laid the foundation stone for the water park on December 18 for Rs 40 crores. He is targeting to complete it before the end of 2021. Twitter Image    |  18 Dec 2020 3:04 PM GMT Imphal: Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh had laid the foundation stone for the state s first-ever water amusement park and had inaugurated the Likla Leima Leikon at Theng Ngu Chingjin at Awang Potshangbam Khunou in Imphal East district on December 18. The estimated cost of the amusement park would be Rs 40 crores and will be constructed by the Manipur Police Housing Corporation Ltd while the Likla Leima Leikon is managed by a local management committee with the assistance from the Directorate of Environment of Government of Manipur.
