MANILA - The National Capital Region Police Office (NCRPO) is appealing to groups to keep their demonstrations peaceful during the first State of the Nation Address (SONA) of President Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. on Monday. NCRPO spokesperson, Lt. Col.
