Ever since his heart ailment landed him in hospital for an extended period of time two years ago, he has lost his energy, and with it, the inflow of assignments. The 67-year-old had been struggling to make ends meet when the pandemic hit, robbing him of the little work he still had, making him dip into his savings to pay for his medical expenses.
