 Musawenkosi Khanyile is a Cape Town based clinical psychologist and an award-winning poet.  To acknowledge Mental Health Awareness Month, he explores the intersection between poetry and therapy.  Through poetry he has helped clients to explore the depths of their experiences as they undertake the journey to recovery.   During Mental Health Awareness Month, Cape Town Clinical Psychologist, Musawenkosi Khanyile, explores the intersection between poetry (which can be therapeutic) and therapy (which can be poetic). Khanyile is an award-winning poet, who is particularly well qualified to talk about the interface of inner work and poetry, and creativity that enriches and heals. “Zamo, my brother, where in the universe does hard work ever go unrewarded?”
