West Fargo offers grant funds to help offset certain costs. Staff from Creative Minds Preschool and Childcare say those funds are a big help, but problems with staffing and capacity persist.
The commission voted to direct staff to draft a letter of intent for Mayor Bernie Dardis to begin negotiating "lease space" without publicly discussing the space in question.
