Health director-general Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said there were 2,490 recoveries, bringing the total number of those discharged to 130,152. In a press conference, Noor Hisham said the total number of infections now stands at 172,549. Meanwhile, the 12 deaths bring the number of fatalities to 642. The 12 deaths all involved Malaysians.
