Mandel Roy is charged with felony murder in connection with the April 17 death of Rodger Ridgeway. A Neenah police detective testified for about two hours, but the defense’s cross examination has not started. The hearing continues May 28. Terran Colwell also faces a felony murder count. She was arrested in Minnesota and is awaiting extradition to Wisconsin. According to the criminal complaint, Roy’s mother got into a confrontation with those inside a bar. After he arrived, there was another altercation, and Ridgeway was stabbed.
