A PLAN to build 42 houses on a site in Skipton which already has permission for up to 20 is being discussed by Craven District Council’s planning committee on Monday, May 17, with officers recommending approval. The site on land to the north west of Clay Hall, Broughton Road, is a full application with provision for 13 affordable homes. Access to the site is near Niffany Farm access. An outline plan on the site for 20 houses was approved in 2017. The full market price houses would be made up of 17 four-bed, eight three-bed, 15 two-bed and 2 one-bed houses. The affordable element would be made up of seven two-bed, four three-bed and two one-bed houses.
