Guest Teacher Gen Lhachog
Join us for a festive online meditation workshop with guest teacher, Gen Kelsang Lhachog from Manchester Kadampa Meditation Centre. Gen Lhachog is from Workington, and at one time she was the teacher at Uma Centre.
Her teachings are clear, inspiring, practical and always full of wisdom.
In this workshop she will explain and guide two beautiful meditations which will bring a sparkle and some magic to our hearts.
